 This hands-on workshop is designed to educate sales teams on the entire leasing process from the eyes and perspective of the Mystery Shopper and the Mystery Shop Report itself.  We dive into each component of the shop, including telephone skills, gathering information and identifying needs, touring the community, smart precautions, overcoming objections, closing the sale, following up, and lastly, how to answer those loaded Fair Housing questions.
